With so many years’ experience, we have built very close relationships with our ground agents in our chosen destinations ensuring our clients will receive the best service with local English speaking guides. Furthermore, we give all our customers a contact number for the ground agents so they can be contacted if needed. Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Please see our booking conditions for information. Should your holiday not include an international flight originating in the UK your booking would not be covered by ATOL. However, your holiday will be protected by our bonding with the Travel Trade Association. Any monies paid to us for your holiday is held in a Trust Account & can only be used to pay for your holiday – not staff wages, another client’s holidays etc. This makes us financially stable – we cannot “rob Peter to pay Paul”.
